These are 4 factors of Holistic Health
The Physical Aspect (or your body)
(i)We use our five senses to experience the world around us through touching, seeing, hearing, smelling and tasting.
(ii)We require nutrition, exercise as well as rest.
The Emotional Aspect (or your feelings)
(i) We experience emotions ranging from fear to love.
(ii) We need to love, laugh, feel compassion, and experience happiness with ourselves and the others around us.
The Mental Aspect (or your thoughts)
(i) Emphasizes your knowledge, attitudes and belief structure.
(ii) Encourages positive thinking, a good self image and good self esteem.
The Spiritual Aspect (or your spirit)
(i) Concerns your feeling about yourself, being in touch with your creative side, having a purpose in life, and your spiritual development. (ii) Focuses on inner calm, trust in yourself and spiritual support.
