We have unique curriculum meets all 4 major elements.

In addition, we will be covering how important it is to have an occupation you love and some purpose in your life. In our curriculum, Hanako Nakamura will be speaking about how she found her own vocation and inspirational story.

Special day

(1)Healthy Juice Day-You will learn to prepare healthy juices containing vitamins A,C,E for longer life.

(2)Organic Cocoa Day-You get to make organic chocolate fundo and eat with classmates. Instead of making chcolate an enemy, learn the nutritional value of organic cocoa.

(3)Reflexology Day-You get to heal your mind and body by reflexology and how to administer it.

(4)Kitchen Cosmetic Day-You make your own natural products, such as massage oil, body and facial scrub, hot bath salts etc.

(5)Aromatherapy Day-You learn how to blend carrier oils and essential oils. You learn how aroma can heal your mind and body.

(6) Stress management day-You learn how to release stress and relax your mind and body.

(7) Self-esteem day-You learn how to build self-esteem and a good image of yourself.

(8)Vegetable Cooking Day-You cook fresh vegetables in a simple and easy way.

(9)Nabe Day-You learn how to make traditional Japanese hot pot with seafood, vegetable and tofu.

(10) Love and Appreciation Day-You will learn how love and appreciation affect your well-being.

(11) Tea Day-You get to learn all different kinds of tea and their benefit. 

(12) Energy Day-You get to learn how to make energy bars with natural ingredients.

(13) Sushi Day-Sushi is so popular in United States. You learn how to make easy and simple Sushi yourself. We can teach you how to prepare recipes.

(14) Japanese food day-how Japanese food can prevent illness.

(15) Diet Day- Different diet method and create your own diet journal.
